Business has always had layers: strategy, operations, technology, people. AI is reshaping all of them at once. Layers is where senior leaders come together (off the record) to talk about what's actually happening and what comes next.
We're asking the real questions: whether AI is creating competitive advantage or just operational efficiency, how planning cycles are being compressed, and how you drive alignment when the technology is moving at an unprecedented pace.

We're having breakfast at Paggi House, one of Austin's oldest landmarks, currently home to Loaded, an exhibition by visual artist and Texas native Erik Parker, whose densely layered paintings mirror the over-saturation and pace of modern life. "I am trying to make loaded paintings because we live in a loaded time." And given that we're Pigment, there was really no other venue.
Space is limited. If you're a finance, IT, or operations leader rethinking how your team plans in an AI-first world, fill out the form to request your spot.
Parking validation and Uber vouchers available for all confirmed guests.
